| The original living room had an 8” sunken floor, located in the center, with the east and west ends of the room at different (raised ) levels. I framed out the sunken level to match the ends, insulated the new framing, installed the sub-floor and new hardwood flooring. | ||

| The original family room was paneled and
carpeted. I replaced the old panel with drywall and added a chair rail for
the two-tone paint job. The new hardwood flooring is continuous with the
new hardwood into the living room (above). Coming soon will be
replacement hardwood stair treads, mantelpiece, and suspended bookcases.

| This is a bathroom in a cottage built in the
1920’s in Marietta. The bathroom was added to the cottage in the 50’s.
This is the newly renovated bathroom.

| This is the interior of the house. This
originally was 2 rooms, kitchen and dining room - I took out the dividing
wall, opened up the space, put in new hardwood floors, cabinets, trim, and
painted. Then I took out the tall double l windows, installed the patio
doors, to access the new wrap around deck, which can be seen through the
new doors.
